The easiest way to pay your natural gas bill is to sign up for bank drafting. If you choose to have your bank account drafted, we will automatically deduct the amount of your gas bill around the 10th of each month.
Our convenient budget payment plan allows you to pay the same amount for gas each month, with a reconciliation of the budget payment versus actual bills each June.
Each spring we send out budget proposal letters to anyone who has indicated they are interested in receiving one. If you choose to accept the proposal, you will become a budget customer for the following heating season.
Give us a call to add your name to the list of accounts that will receive a budget proposal letter in May for the following heating season.
You can make a payment online with your major credit card by visiting the Pay Your Bill page. Payments are applied to your account the following business day.
For your convenience we have a drive-up payment dropbox in the parking lot of our main office at 208 Lester Street, Martinsville, Virginia. Payments placed in the dropbox after 8:00 AM will be applied to your account the next business day.
You may also make a payment in person at our office or by mail.
